Refunds

If Polyquill is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying and you get the full amount back. No questions asked.
How to ask
Use the contact page or email contact@polyquill.app from the address you bought with. Refunds go back the way you paid, through our payment provider, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days.
What happens to the licence
A refunded licence key stops working. Each computer it was activated on finds out the next time it checks in while online. Your projects are untouched: they still open, and you can read and export everything you wrote.
Upgrades and quotes
Upgrades to a new major version are covered the same way, for 30 days. Licences bought on a quote for a school or company are refunded under the terms of that quote.
